  • Collaborate closely with teachers and SEN staff to create tailored behaviour management plans that encourage positive behaviours and help students build self-confidence
  • Support students in overcoming behavioural challenges by using structured approaches to conflict resolution, emotional regulation, and social skill-building
  • Help create a positive learning atmosphere where students feel safe, supported, and motivated to engage
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to strengthen your skills in behavioural support and SEN education

**Key Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in behaviour management within an SEN environment, preferably with students who exhibit behavioural and emotional difficulties
  • Calm, adaptable approach to challenging situations, with the ability to maintain a supportive and understanding attitude
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively with teachers and support staff
  • A current and clear Enhanced DBS check is essential to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
