Colchester, Essex, United Kingdom Protocol Education Full time

At Protocol Education, we are committed to supporting the educational needs of children with special requirements. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a child with SEN, ensuring they receive the necessary support to thrive in their learning journey.

Your Role

You will be responsible for working 1:1 with the child, collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalized interventions and adapting learning resources to meet their needs. In return for your dedication, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and expertise. You will become part of a supportive and inclusive school community that values your role and offers opportunities for growth and progression.
