About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Care Services to join our team at Oyster Care Homes. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall management and direction of our care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to our care services team, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care to our residents.
  • Care Service Development: Develop and implement care service plans that meet the needs of our residents and align with our organizational goals.
  • Staff Management: Supervise, motivate, and develop our care services team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that our care services meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of our care services, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a care services or healthcare setting.
  • Care Services Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of care services, including care planning, risk management, and quality assurance.
  • Financial Management: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, residents, and stakeholders.
