As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall management and direction of our care home, ensuring that we provide the highest level of care and service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, including staff supervision, resident care, and facility maintenance.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure that residents receive high-quality care and support.
- Manage the care home's budget and financial resources, ensuring that we operate within our means and make sound financial decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure that we are providing the best possible care and services to our residents.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff, ensuring that we have the right people in the right roles to deliver exceptional care and service.

- Proven experience in a senior leadership role in a care home or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of care home operations, including resident care, staff management, and facility maintenance.

- Ability to manage budgets and financial resources, with a focus on sound financial decision-making.
