We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the dynamic needs of two growing businesses - a food and drink gift hamper company and a burgeoning clothing brand. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of both ventures and supporting the creative, entrepreneurial spirit of the business owner.

**Core Focus of the Role**:
The primary responsibility of this Personal Assistant position is to provide comprehensive support to Harry, the owner of the company. This support is pivotal in allowing him to concentrate on strategic growth and innovation within the business. The role extends beyond traditional administrative tasks and includes:

- **Personal Care**: Actively ensuring Harry's well-being during busy workdays, which may involve preparing meals or reminding him to take breaks.
- **Office Management**: Maintaining a tidy and efficient workspace, and coordinating with other staff to uphold a clean and organized office environment.
- **Errand Running**: Willingness to handle various errands, from personal tasks for Harry to professional duties like purchasing gifts or covering for other staff members when needed.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in being a dependable supporter and facilitator, enabling Harry to immerse himself in the creative and developmental aspects of the company without distraction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Task Management**: Efficiently handle a variety of tasks ranging from simple to complex, such as paying suppliers, matching transactions for bookkeeping, and undertaking various administrative duties.
- **Organization**: Maintain an exceptional level of organization to manage business operations effectively. This involves assisting in calendar management, task prioritization, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- **Learning and Adaptation**: Learn tasks quickly from demonstrations and take over their execution independently. The role requires adaptability to take on new responsibilities as the business grows and processes evolve.
- **Communication**: Liaise effectively with team members, including bookkeepers and suppliers, ensuring clear and concise communication.
