Position: Merchandising Admin Assistant

Location: Hassocks, just outside of Brighton

Full-time, Permanent, flexible working with mix of home and office

**Salary**: £23,000-£25,000 depending on experience

**What We're Looking For**:

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially excel
- A passion for merchandising and retail
- Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in providing reports for daily, and weekly sales, must be confident to communicate this to the wider team
- Providing administrative support to the merchandising team
- Liaising with the field team and Retail Director to ensure store detail is communicated and requests are actioned.
- Generating reports and analysing sales and stock data
- Contributing innovative ideas to enhance merchandising strategies
- Provide accurate information on sales, stock, intake, and store footage to the team
