Position: Buyers Admin Assistant
Location: Hassocks, just outside of Brighton
Full-time, Permanent, flexible working with a mix of home and office
**Salary**: £23,000-£25,000 depending on experience

**What We're Looking For**:
- Ability to work under pressure, utilising strong project management skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, whilst working to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong knowledge of Excel
- A passion for merchandising and fashion, with a good understanding of the industry and competitors
- Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Preparing and producing planograms to share with the field team.
- Responsible for weekly order raising and sending to suppliers within agreed timescales whilst familiarise oneself with orders and be able to answer any questions internally or externally.
- Pro-actively chase samples; ensure samples are managed, labelled and in the correct location, checking samples against specs and requirements.
- Assisting in managing meeting requirements and ensure delivery of current data.
- Administration tasks for the B&M team to include, prep of trade information, analysis of promotional markdowns, and regular reporting tasks as set out by the buyer.
- Work closely with the QA to ensure testing requirements are managed.
