**Job Overview**:
**Duties**:
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Type and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain an organized filing system for important documents
- Assist in organizing meetings and taking meeting minutes
- Utilize computer skills to navigate software programs efficiently
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in an office environment
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks/ easy to learn
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and clerical tasks
- Familiarity with Google Suite for document management

Pay: £22,727.00-£23,380.00 per year
