Position: Junior Merchandiser
Location: Hassocks, just outside of Brighton
Full-time, Permanent, flexible working with a mix of home and office
**Salary**: £29,000-£36,000 depending on experience

**What We're Looking For**:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, proactively setting goals, managing
priorities, and taking accountability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong knowledge of Excel
- A passion for merchandising and fashion, with a good understanding of the industry and competitors
- Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the Buying Team to build a Dept. strategy. Build a balanced range that has customer focus at heart.
- Complete daily/weekly/monthly analysis for the Department, ensuring accuracy and acts based on the analysis.
- Presents in trade, strategy and signs off meetings and demonstrates knowledge of own area as well as the wider company perspective.
- Manages WISSI weekly and uses it to make trading decisions regarding sales and stock management.
- Is aware of competitor activity and impact on brand/company.
- Works closely with the Retail Team to maximise sales potential at branch level

**Experience**:
- Microsoft Excel: 3 years (preferred)
- Assistant Merchandiser: 2 years (required)
- WISSI: 2 years (preferred)
