Key Responsibilities- Transport patients to and from various locations, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless transportation services.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in patient care and transportation.
- Contribute to a culture of inclusivity, respect, and empathy within our organization.
- Valid Full UK Manual Driving License with minimum 12 months driving experience.
- Maintain Enhanced DBS.
- Excellent communication skills, including IT ability.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering genuine care.
- Demonstrate resilience.
- Able to work as part of a team effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Full training, including Patient Care, Patient Transport, De-Escalation Techniques, Physical Intervention, Handcuff training, and First Aid.
- Support and mentoring to grow your skills and experience in the Mental Health field.
- Continual Professional Development (CPD) opportunities, including accredited qualifications and access to training in specialist subjects within Mental Health.

We offer a 40.3 hours contract, worked on a 4 on 4 off rolling shift pattern, with opportunities for cross-over shifts. Salary: £12.37p/h (Day, Night, and Weekend Shifts), with annual remuneration starting from £26,593.80, based on expected hours. Shift pay enhancements are also available for some call-in or overtime shifts.
