About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Mental Health Transport Assistant to join our team at Secure Care UK - Bases. As a key member of our transport team, you will be responsible for providing safe and respectful transportation for patients with mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport patients in a safe and respectful manner
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients during transportation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth transitions between care settings
- Maintain accurate records of patient transportation and care
Requirements:
- Valid full UK manual driving license with minimum 12 months driving experience
- Enhanced DBS certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a team
