About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Transport Assistant to join our team at Secure Care UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing safe and respectful transportation services to patients in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport patients to and from medical appointments, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support during transportation
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient transportation
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Valid Full UK Manual Driving License with minimum 12 months driving experience
  • Enhanced DBS certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work culture
