We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Apprenticeship Training Specialist to join our team at Total Training Provision. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and support to our learners on apprenticeship programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver and Facilitate Training: Design and deliver training sessions that meet the needs of our learners, ensuring they gain the knowledge, skills, and behaviors required to succeed in their apprenticeships.
- Support Learners: Provide individualized support to learners, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
- Assess and Evaluate: Assess learner progress and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions, making recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with line managers, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure that training is aligned with business objectives and that learners are meeting their apprenticeship requirements.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Maintain knowledge of industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure that training is relevant and effective.
- Deliver up to Level 7: Ability to deliver training at a high level, with a focus on quality and excellence.
- Relevant Qualifications: Hold a relevant occupational qualification or equivalent, with a strong understanding of the sector.
- Assessor Qualifications: Hold a D32/33/TAQA Level 3 Assessors Award or equivalent.
- Functional Skills: Hold Functional Skills Level 2 in Math's and English or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience of delivering apprenticeship training and support in a work-based environment.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of government-funded training and apprenticeship frameworks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with learners and stakeholders.
- IT Skills: Proficient in using electronic portfolio systems and other digital tools.
- Time Management: Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Teacher Training Qualifications: PTLLS, CTLLS, or DTLLS qualifications.
- Assessor Qualifications: D34 or V1 Award.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours and locations, with a full driving license and access to a car.
