SEN Support Specialist

A rare opportunity has arisen for a skilled SEN teacher to join our esteemed client school in Ealing. The ideal candidate will possess excellent behaviour management skills, a proven track record of delivering engaging lessons, and a passion for supporting students with complex needs.
The successful applicant will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing lessons that cater to the diverse needs of 8 pupils with a range of abilities, including down syndrome, global developmental delay, and severe arthritis. With two full-time TAs providing support, you will work collaboratively to ensure a seamless learning experience.
In return for your expertise and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will benefit from working within a forward-thinking school community that prioritises staff well-being and professional development.
