We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at BeBee Professionals in Southall. As a key member of our educational support staff, you will play a vital role in helping our SEN students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective educational strategies to support SEN students, working closely with teachers and other support staff to create a seamless learning experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, monitoring achievements and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver targeted interventions, promoting positive behavior and social skills among SEN students.
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years' experience working with children with special needs, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Special Education laws and regulations, including the SEND Code of Practice.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, communicating clearly and professionally with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Annual salary: £38,000 - £42,000.
