**Job Title:** Psychology Placement Assistant

**Location:** Sy3 Post-16 College, Ealing

**Job Type:** Full-time

**Hours:** 8.30am - 4pm, Monday - Friday

**Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience

We are seeking an experienced Psychology Placement Assistant to join our SEN unit at Sy3 Post-16 College. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing individualized support and developing life skills for students with severe learning and physical disabilities, behavioural challenges, and other complex needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Support students with their learning and development of life skills
  • Manage behaviour and develop valuable field-based experience
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and specialists to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a background in Psychology or a related field. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and external agencies.
