Sy3 is a leading Post-16 College in Ealing, dedicated to providing exceptional education and support services for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Severe Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

We are seeking an experienced Psychology Placement Assistant to join our team of specialists in the SEN unit. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a critical role in supporting students with severe learning and physical disabilities, behavioural challenges, and other complex needs.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced professionals, including Occupational Therapists and Learning Support Assistants, to provide individualized support and develop life skills for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with their learning and development of life skills
  • Manage behaviour and develop valuable field-based experience
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and specialists to ensure comprehensive care

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for high-achieving graduates with strong academics, particularly those with a background in Psychology. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for working with vulnerable young people and have extensive knowledge of SEND/SEMH needs.
