Role Summary

As an SEN Learning Assistant, you will be responsible for providing targeted support to pupils with SEND in our Ealing-based special education school.

Your key focus will be on engaging with pupils, promoting their learning, and fostering positive relationships with them and their families.

Main Duties:
  • Delivering bespoke support to pupils with complex needs, such as ASD, ADHD, and PMLD
  • Designing and implementing interventions to meet the unique needs of each pupil
  • Supporting pupils in developing essential life skills, including emotional regulation and self-advocacy
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive and inclusive educational programme
  • Contributing to the development of a safe and nurturing school environment

Salary Details:

  • £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Based on a full-time, 5-day week contract
