Educational Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Educational Support Specialist to join Remedy Education and make a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs. This role involves providing tailored support, implementing Individual Education Plans, and assisting in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs.
- Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans.
- Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
This role is ideal for individuals with previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in an SEN setting, and a strong understanding of various special educational needs. We offer opportunities for professional development and a competitive salary and benefits package.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on location)
