About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teach Now. As a specialist in Autism Spectrum Disorder, you will play a vital role in supporting students with varied needs within Key Stages 1 and 2.

Your expertise will help create a positive and engaging learning environment where students can flourish. You will work closely with experienced SEN teachers, providing tailored support to help students reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons for SEN students.
  2. Provide individualised support to students with ASD, helping them navigate their educational journey.
  3. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
Requirements
  1. Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  2. A caring and patient demeanor, with a passion for supporting SEN students.
  3. Relevant qualifications or training in special educational needs are advantageous but not essential.
