Job Description:
  • Work closely with SEN students to develop personalized learning plans, tailored to their individual needs and abilities.
  • Provide one-to-one support and small group instruction, using a variety of teaching techniques to engage and motivate SEN students.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment, promoting positive relationships and behaviors among SEN students.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children with special needs, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Annual salary: £36,000 - £41,000.
