Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual with experience supporting children who have speech and language difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and ADHD. This role will involve providing essential support in both small groups and 1:1 settings, working with pupils aged 4 to 11.

Key Requirements
  • Personal experience or professional background supporting children with SEND
  • Experience working with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, calculated from job title and location. Other benefits include:

  • A calm, patient, and understanding approach when working with children
  • Experience in a UK primary school, following EHCPs
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service
What to Expect

The school has a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. As such, you will be required to undergo enhanced DBS checks and comply with other mandatory compliance checks in line with the DfE guidelines.
