Are you a dedicated and experienced HLTA looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an individual to join our client school as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a popular primary school in Ealing, supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and making a real difference in their lives.

About the Role

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in SEN, who can lead others and model best practice in adult-pupil interactions. A proactive and positive approach to improving SEN provision is essential for this role. An HLTA qualification is preferred but not essential.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing support to students with complex needs. They will also be responsible for leading and mentoring colleagues to ensure the highest standards of SEN provision are maintained.

This is a full-time position, and the salary is estimated to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
