About the Role:
We are currently searching for a passionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team as a daily supply teacher.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support SEN pupils in a mainstream school setting, providing additional support and ensuring they get the best out of their education.
- Work with a range of pupils with different needs, using your own initiative and problem-solving skills to provide a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff, maintaining a calm and professional manner at all times.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and work with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- Previous SEN experience, with a good understanding of the different educational needs of SEN pupils.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- A patient and understanding approach, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
