Special Education Teacher

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Uniform Education as a Special Education Teacher in their Alternative Provision Unit. As an SEN Teacher, you will work with a dedicated team of staff to deliver a tailored curriculum that caters to the needs of children with ASD/ MLD / SLD.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement individualized learning plans for students with special educational needs.
- To collaborate with teaching assistants to provide support and guidance to students.
- To maintain accurate records of student progress and participation.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience teaching children with SEN, preferably in an ARP or SEN School setting. A passion for inspiring growth and development in students, along with excellent communication skills, are essential for this role. Additionally, being self-motivated, creative, and empathetic will enable you to make a positive impact in this inclusive classroom environment.
Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within Uniform Education.
