About the Role

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and fostering a positive learning environment. You will have the opportunity to lead small group interventions, cover classes when necessary, and assist in planning and preparing teaching resources.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support children with special educational needs to ensure they have equal access to the curriculum.
  • Assist in planning and preparing resources for lessons.
  • Contribute to the overall wellbeing of the pupils.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or Teaching Assistant (TA).
  • Proven ability to support the learning and development of primary-aged children.
