Primary Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teaching Assistant to join our team at a highly regarded school in Hounslow. This role is ideal for individuals who are committed to primary education and eager to develop their skills in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting classroom teachers with lesson preparation and delivery.
  • Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support to students.
  • Assisting with classroom management and ensuring a positive learning environment.
  • Helping students with their personal and social development, aligned with the school's virtues-led ethos.
  • Contributing to the wider school community and events.

Requirements:

  • A 1st Class or 2:1 degree from a top UK university.
  • Passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred but not essential.

This is a full-time role in Hounslow, starting ASAP on a long-term contract. The pay is £500 - £600 per week, inclusive of holiday pay.
