About the Role

As a key member of our Enterprise Model & Strategy team at Capgemini Invent, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of digital transformation and achieve their business goals. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Transformation Consultant/Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of large and complex projects, working collaboratively with team members and clients to rapidly understand and define business challenges and potential solutions.
  • Coach, develop, and performance manage team members as part of project delivery.
  • Lead the pursuit of business development opportunities for the Enterprise Model & Strategy practice, comprising strategy development & execution, operating model, process, service, and organisation design.
  • Work with colleagues in our sub-brands, including frog, on new product and service strategies and strengthen the convergence of design-led thinking, strategy, and operations.
  • Support the growth of the Enterprise Model & Strategy team through engaging leadership and recruitment support across all levels.
  • Applies their strong understanding of current strategic transformation trends to client delivery.
  • Accountability for delivery of strategic transformation projects within Enterprise Model & Strategy and drive the further development of these accounts.
  • Business development – utilising a combination of the organisation's broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships and your own network, you'll be expected to generate an expected target revenue for Invent.

Requirements

  • Experience of delivering transformation projects from a range of clients and industries as well as an agile mindset, with an understanding of relevant tools and techniques.
  • Ability to work and communicate with all levels of an organisation to collaboratively innovate, design, and implement new business and operating models.
  • Acute sense of market trends and the challenges facing our clients, to deliver lasting and sustainable organisation transformations.
  • Previous experience of general consulting/management experience with proven experience of delivering strategy/business model/operating model/organisational design work.
  • Chartered Accountant or equivalent with experience leading Cost Transformation & Enterprise Performance Management engagements and the ability to become our subject matter expert in this area.
  • Stakeholder management: The ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior management level executives.
  • Experience of building and managing teams to mobilise and manage multiple projects and workstreams.
  • Commercial acumen: The ability to sell additional resources, shape winning deals and be actively involved in the development of the account.
  • Proven business success: Demonstrated business success defined by clear, measurable business outcomes achieved.
