We're seeking a Strategic HR Partner to join our team at Penguin Books Limited. As a key member of our HR function, you'll work closely with senior leaders to build and implement people plans that drive business success.

As a Business HR Consultant, you'll partner with departments across our UK business to promote a culture of positive employee relations and ensure that issues are dealt with fairly and effectively.

Our ideal candidate will have significant experience in a HR generalist role, with up-to-date knowledge of employment law and experience handling complex, sensitive situations.

You'll champion effective talent management within your division and support leaders to develop talent and succession plans, working closely with colleagues within our L&D and Recruitment teams.

As a Talent Development Specialist, you'll work with senior management to create a culture of prioritising employee wellbeing and encourage all employees and your business areas to think and act inclusively.
