About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Dye & Durham. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing growth opportunities across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Target Potential Clients: Utilize your industry knowledge and research skills to identify potential clients and business opportunities within the Financial Services, Property, and Professional Services sectors.
  • Initiate and Conduct Outbound Calls: Develop and execute a strategy to initiate and conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services and establish initial contact.
  • Follow Up on Leads: Follow up on leads generated through various channels, such as marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking events, to nurture relationships and convert leads into clients.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth and revenue goals.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and strategies.
  • Provide Regular Reports: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievements to the management team.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Highly Organized and Self-Motivated: Be highly organized and self-motivated to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable Working in a Process-Driven Environment: Be comfortable working in a process-driven environment with a focus on sales and marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Outbound Sales Experience: Possess a minimum of 2 years of outbound sales experience.
  • Background in Financial Services, Property, or Professional Services: Have a background in the Financial Services, Property, or Professional Services sectors.
