About the Role

Citrus Recruit is excited to be recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join a leading apprenticeship and training provider. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with an established team of Business Development Executives and Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make a high number of outbound calls to prospective customers to understand their needs and close sales.
  • Manage your own pipeline and database, ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Build rapport with potential customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure good product knowledge to effectively communicate options to learners.
Requirements
  • Experience in an outbound sales role or a desire to work in this field.
  • Ability to work towards and achieve individual targets.
  • Confidence in speaking to a variety of people on the telephone, with the ability to build rapport.
  • Self-motivation, with a desire to make outbound calls and achieve sales targets.
