About the Role

Ryder Reid Legal Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Recruitment Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for coordinating interviews, maintaining internal records, and producing monthly recruitment reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interview Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for new joiners, arrange inductions, and coordinate interviews with partners, secretaries, and recruiting agencies.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal Practice Group Charts, tracking leavers, joiners, and transfers.
  • Reporting: Produce monthly recruitment reports for international offices, providing valuable insights into our recruitment efforts.
  • Support Functions: Collaborate on pre-screening, background, and conflicts checks, as well as supporting graduate recruiting initiatives.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle expense and invoice processing for the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in recruiting within a law firm or professional services industry.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the legal qualification process and the legal education and professional systems across EMEA.
  • Skills: Excellent written and spoken English, strong interpersonal skills, and highly organized with impeccable attention to detail.
