Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new joiners, coordinating inductions and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
• Coordinate interviews, including liaising with partners, secretaries, and recruiting agencies, arranging Zoom links and room bookings, sending reminders, greeting candidates, and collecting interview feedback.
• Maintain internal Practice Group Charts, updating leavers, joiners, and transfers in a timely manner.
• Produce monthly recruitment reports for international offices, providing valuable insights and data.
• Collaborate on pre-screening, background, and DBS checks, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Support graduate recruiting, attending law fairs and events to promote our firm and attract top talent.
• Handle expense and invoice processing for the team, ensuring efficient and accurate financial management.
Requirements
• Proven experience in recruiting within a law firm or professional services industry.
• Familiarity with the legal qualification process is beneficial.
• Knowledge of the legal education and professional systems across EMEA is essential.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Highly organized, with impeccable attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
