Business Growth Opportunity:
Massenhove Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Insurance Business Growth Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business by identifying and developing opportunities for both new and existing clients, with the support of our marketing team where needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop opportunities for both new and existing clients.
- Develop comprehensive insurance programmes for clients.
- Negotiate with insurers to provide clients with value for their premium.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of new and existing products and current sector conditions.
- Monitor and report on performance against agreed targets and objectives.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience and knowledge from working in the commercial insurance space.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Basic computer literacy & numeracy skills.
- Ability to work to set targets and objectives.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Commercial Insurance Account Executive.
What we Offer:
- Your starting salary will be dependent on your previous experience and any qualifications you may have (£35,000 - £45,000 per annum).
