About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales leader to spearhead growth and development within our dynamic SaaS organization.

As Head of Inside Sales, you will lead a large inside sales operation, focusing on lead generation, business development, and quality appointment setting within B2B consultative sales.

You will be responsible for driving sales performance, lead generation, and business growth while developing the sales management structure.

The role encompasses:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Optimizing CRM-driven campaigns to develop innovative new business sales initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Leading and developing the inside sales management team, empowering sales managers to motivate and develop sales teams to exceed company growth targets.
  • Sales Coaching and Training: Developing sales coaching and training plans across all sales structures, including management development, induction programs, and circa 60 business sales consultants.
  • Sales Performance Improvement: Continuously seeking incremental improvements in sales performance and driving optimal activity levels.
