Sixty Eight People Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join their team. As a senior member of the management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust sales strategy for all venues within the portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate a team of business development managers. You will work closely with the founders to support the overall aspirations of the business, including aligning sales strategies with marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for all venues
  • Lead a team of business development managers to deliver innovative sales solutions
  • Work closely with the marketing department to ensure sales and marketing strategies align
