IT Support Engineer Opportunities at CNS IT

The Role

We are seeking skilled IT Support Engineers to join our team at CNS IT. As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the provision of first and second line IT support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first and second line IT support to clients via phone, email and on-site visits.
  • Install and configure IT equipment and software to meet client requirements.
  • Carry out site surveys to identify and resolve IT issues.
  • Support the installation and configuration of network infrastructure, including switches, routers and WAPs.
  • Provide end-user advice and support to clients.
  • Work closely with the CNS IT team to resolve complex IT issues and improve overall IT services.
