Job Description

The Business Connection is seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and delivering ongoing product support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide product training to customers.
  • Navigate 3rd party web portals and learn technical processes quickly.
  • Offer out-of-hours support on a rota basis (optional).
  • Utilize telecoms knowledge, including network hardware, TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, router configuration, hosted/IP telephony systems, and SIP trunks.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, managing workload and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of telecoms infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
