Housing Administrator

This is a part-time Property Officer position at The Management Recruitment Group (MRG) in North London.
The successful candidate will have experience with contracts management, voids, repairs and maintenance, as well as good awareness and exposure of H&S and ability to manage surveying processes.
Key responsibilities include ensuring contract management processes are in place for repairs and maintenance activities, managing cost, budget, contracts and delivery of works, and working closely with customer service teams and residents.
The role also involves overseeing void work, assisting with cyclical repairs projects, and updating stock condition surveys in alignment with company processes.
We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around £27,000 based on 22.5 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have experience in housing, care, public or third sectors, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
