Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Housing Support Administrator to join our Repairs team in Sutton, SM1. This is an ongoing role that requires comprehensive administrative support for the delivery of repairs and asset management.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide staff liaison and customer support for the delivery of repairs and asset management services.
  • Support the efficient use of in-house systems, including HCRM, Northgate, EDMS, Agresso, and Codeman.
  • Work closely with the aids and adaptations co-ordinator and compliance and risk co-ordinator.
  • Collaborate with the Communal Planner to allocate resources effectively.
Requirements
  • Able to work in the office for 3+ days per week.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to join our Public Sector Recruitment team in Sutton, SM1. As a Housing Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality administrative support to our Repairs team.

Salary Information
