Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent communication skills and experience in supported housing. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with residents to create individualised support plans, promoting independent living and delivering good practice across the service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess clients' suitability for acceptance to our hostel, providing guidance on welfare benefits, housing, training, and employment opportunities.
  • Develop outcome-focused support plans to help residents achieve their personal goals.
  • Work effectively with challenging behaviour, building positive relationships and identifying risk.
  • M Maximise income by dealing with housing benefit and welfare benefits.
  • Analyse data, produce clear reports, and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience in supported housing, with knowledge of welfare benefits.
  • Proven ability to work with vulnerable individuals and develop effective support plans.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to analyse data and produce clear reports.
