Housing Administration Role
We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our team in Maidstone. As a Regional Housing Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Neighbourhood team, including reporting communal repairs, maintaining records, and processing lettings and terminations.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will action gas safety processes, liaise with contractors, and work alongside the team on inspections. They will also contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our housing services.

Working Environment
You will be based in our offices in Maidstone, with regular travel to other locations as required. The working hours are 18.5 hours per week, with Wednesday PM and Thursday and Friday as core working days. You will be expected to work flexibly as needed to meet the demands of the role.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £27,750 - £32,340 per annum pro rata, depending on experience. This is a 9 month fixed-term contract, with opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge within the organization.

Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize tasks accordingly. A good understanding of housing administration principles and practices would be advantageous.
