At Novax Recruitment Ltd, we are actively seeking a highly skilled Administration Officer to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be working in the heart of Southwark, providing comprehensive administrative support to the Homeowners Services business unit.

Estimated Salary: £17 per hour (umbrella)

Job Type: Full Time Contract (3 Months)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate financial support across the MSHO business unit, ensuring seamless transactions with vendors.
  • Maintain accurate administrative and financial records for management, updating databases and spreadsheets as needed.
  • Organize meetings, book rooms, and produce minutes in an agreed format.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in an administrative capacity in housing is highly desirable.
  • Public sector administrative experience is essential.
