Inclusion and Wellbeing Development Lead

HRUC is a dynamic merged college group, offering high-quality education and training across 5 campuses. We are committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive environment that enables employees to excel.
This newly created post reports to the Assistant Director for Employee Experience. The ideal candidate will develop and implement inclusion and wellbeing initiatives, working closely with stakeholders and staff to drive a high-performing culture.
Key Accountabilities:
- Design and implement a wellbeing and inclusion strategy aligned with HRUC's goals
- Provide expert advice and guidance on inclusion and wellbeing matters, using data to inform strategies
- Develop and execute an annual inclusion and wellbeing event calendar
- Produce regular wellbeing and inclusion reports, analysing metrics to measure effectiveness
- Collaborate with the People and OD team to identify and address workforce development needs
We are seeking an innovative individual with:
- A professional qualification in EDI, wellbeing, mental or occupational health (e.g., CIPD Level 5)
- Experience in an EDI or Wellbeing role, influencing and shaping agendas
- A track record in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs
- Strong supervisory and delegation skills
- Project management experience in EDI and wellbeing initiatives
- Expertise in wellbeing and inclusion
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
