Job Description

The Wellbeing and Diversity Lead will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of wellbeing and inclusion strategies across the college. This will involve working closely with colleagues to create an inclusive environment that supports the needs of all students and staff.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with others. They will also have a deep understanding of wellbeing and inclusion principles and be able to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
