Job Description

As a successful merged college group, Uxbridge College offers high-quality courses, apprenticeships, and programmes for young people across 5 vibrant campuses. Our new unified People and Organisational Development team will enable us to renew and consolidate our efforts in January 2025.

The role of the Wellbeing and Inclusion Manager is crucial in this process. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that promote wellbeing and inclusion within the college community.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
