About the Role

Harrow Council is committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment for its employees. We are looking for a highly motivated Workplace Health and Wellbeing Specialist to join our team and help us achieve this goal.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead and support our wellbeing champions in their initiatives, ensuring they have the necessary resources and guidance to succeed.
  2. Develop and maintain a vibrant calendar of wellbeing events and activities that cater to diverse interests and needs.
  3. Conduct regular analysis and reporting on wellbeing trends and statistics to inform our wellbeing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Personal commitment to improving knowledge, skills, and capabilities in relation to wellbeing trends.
  • Experience of or interest in delivering wellbeing activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary Range: £27,000 - £31,000 per annum

The successful candidate will have a genuine enthusiasm for improving employee wellbeing and a proven track record of delivering successful wellbeing initiatives.
