Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Wellbeing and Diversity Strategist to develop and implement comprehensive initiatives that promote a culture of inclusivity, respect, and well-being among our staff and students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee awareness and understanding of diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that support the college's values and objectives.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders to drive a culture of inclusivity and respect.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., EDI, Counselling, Psychology).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and evaluate program effectiveness.
Salary Information

Estimated annual salary: £55,000 - £65,000 based on national averages and industry standards.

This figure is subject to negotiation and may be adjusted based on individual circumstances.
