Learning and Development Assistant

Ribbons and Reeves Limited invites applications for a Learning and Development Assistant to join our team in Harrow. As a key member of our staff, you will have the chance to work closely with students aged 11-18 who need additional support.
This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary of £22,500 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Psychology or a related field and demonstrate a genuine interest in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You will also be compassionate, proactive, and resilient with excellent communication skills.
About the Role
As a Learning and Development Assistant, your main duties will involve providing individualized support to students with varying needs. You will work collaboratively with SENDCos and teachers to create inclusive learning environments and share best practices for supporting students with diverse abilities.
