We are seeking a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our primary school team at Wayman Learning Trust. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to supporting students and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
About the Role:
- Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and managing the classroom, ensuring that all students receive the support they need to succeed.
- Work with students who require additional support, providing individualized attention and help to overcome challenges.
- Assist with planning and organizing learning activities, including preparing materials and resources for teachers and students.
- Encourage positive behavior and a love of learning among students, promoting a sense of community and teamwork within the school.
- Help create a safe and supportive learning environment, promoting the well-being and happiness of all students.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with teachers, students, and parents.
- A clear DBS check and the right to work in the UK.
Salary Information:
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
